How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription
Please be advised that your subscription will automatically renew unless you log in and make changes to your subscription before the renewal date.
Refunds are not available if your account has not been canceled prior to the subscription renewal date. You can manage your account at any time by logging into LifeAt from any web browser or using the app.
You can update your subscription settings through the LifeAt app.
Click on My Account from the top right drop down menu.
Click on Subscription Settings.
Select from the following options:
- View Current plan: To view what you are currently subscribed to.
- Change payment method: To update your current payment settings.
- Cancel subscription: To cancel your subscription.
