Why are some of my video not playing? I see a black screen?

We are learning there is a Chrome bug in some countries, please disable hardware acceleration in Chrome. Click here to learn how to do this
How to fix black screen:
Open Chrome.
Click the horizontal ellipsis menu button in the top-right corner and click on Settings.
Click on Advanced from the left pane.Click on System.
Under the “System” section, turn off the Use hardware acceleration when available toggle switch.

Try using incognito mode on your browser, too.
