1. Add a tag

Organizing and Visualizing your Workload Better:

Imagine your to-do list is like a massive library with books scattered all over the place. Tags act as bookmarks that help you organize these books into different sections. For instance, you can tag all your work-related tasks with a "Work" tag, personal chores with a "Home" tag, and perhaps urgent tasks with an "Urgent" tag.

With these tags, you can easily flip to the section you need without sifting through the entire library. It's like having a well-organized bookshelf in your mind, making it a breeze to find and manage your tasks.

Adding a tag: When you add a tag, you’re labeling an item on your to do list with a keyword to make it easier to look up later.
Color-coding & emojis: Assigning colors and emojis to each tag helps you quickly spot which tasks belong to what tag. They’re like little visual cues that make your task list a little more organized and fun!

Click on the sidebar icon located next to the Board view at the top of the screen to hide and unhide the Tags menu. From here you will see all of your tags and be able to filter

How to view events from multiple calendar accounts

View events from Google or Outlook Calendar

To view events from multiple calendars in LifeAt, you will need to subscribe to those calendars in the calendar application that you connected to LifeAt.

Once subscribed, open the Calendar Settings menu by clicking on the Calendar widget, and then clicking on the gear.

Select from Google or Outlook when connecting your new calendar.

1. Navigating your new Toolbar

At the far left of your screen you will see our toolbar. From here you will control all of our productivity tools easily. Feel free to use the notch to open and close the toolbar as you see fit.

2. Spaces

Get ready to get focused by first setting up your own personalized ambiance. Do you work best in cafes or libraries? Or are you more of a nature fan? With LifeAt, you are able to choose whatever works best for your situation - we offer hundreds of dynamic spaces that let you truly immerse yourself in a beautiful background that inspires you to get things done.

Click on the Spaces button to open our Spaces toolbar.

If you click on "Search" spaces, you will open a menu that allows you to keyword search through our vast catalogue of spaces to view the ones that best match your search.
The emojis represent categories that we group our spaces into. We have categories such as Nature, Window, Cafe, Pets, and more! Feel free to click on each emoji to shuffle through each space. Click the ">" or "<" arrows to move
